Full control over the system
- During autonomous operation, the system controls the supply and exhaust unit’s electric motors and air damper actuators, protecting heaters from freezing and, if needed, pre-heating them.
- Air temperature is measured by sensors in the ventilation duct — the automation keeps it within the set range by controlling the valve in the heating circuit; the system starts automatically once the fan is switched on.
- In the event of a failure or minor fault, the system automatically triggers an alarm.
- If there is a problem with the fan, the system shuts down and restarts only after power is restored and the fault is cleared.
- A fire alarm automatically shuts down ventilation via the automatic control relays.
- If the concentration of toxic substances rises, the system activates supply/exhaust ventilation and sends a signal to security or the control room.
- We also support air curtains at industrial doors — when the door opens, the fan and heating supply activate, and the curtain switches off automatically 30–40 seconds after the door closes.
